Education

  1. PhD in Applied machine learning

    ETH Zürich

I focus on developing biological and digital biomarkers in health diagnostics, monitoring and prognostics utilizing machine learning. I manage the full research lifecycle—from study design and data collection to model development and manuscript writing. I led the following projects:

    • Voice-Based Prognostics for Heart Failure.
    • Circadian Rhythm Monitoring using Commercial Wearables.
    • Cerebrospinal Fluid Diagnostics.

My responsibilities encompass designing studies, developing mobile apps and web servers, conducting studies, collecting data, data analysis including signal processing and machine learning implementation

  2. Visiting Researcher in Acoustic

Harvard Medical School & Massachusetts General Hospital
Acoustic engineering, acoustic signal processing, acoustic feature extraction and selection.
  3. MSc Electrical engineering and information technology

    Technical University Munich
Thesis on Vision-based Risk Quantification on E-bikes for Urban Cycling at the Computer Vision Lab, ETH Zurich. Check more details in my Projects.
  4. BSc Electrical engineering and its automation
