Abstract
This thesis develops biological and digital biomarkers for health diagnostics, monitoring, and prognostics using machine learning, spanning neurological disorder diagnostics from multi-omics data, circadian rhythm monitoring with commercial wearables, and heart failure prognostics from vocal biomarkers.
